Project Overview

Vegapay provides a suite of products to help banks and fintechs digitize their financial infrastructure and build and manage credit and lending products. Vegapay's products include a program management system, loan management system, back office suite, and collections tools. These products help banks and fintech to streamline their operations, launch new products quickly, and improve customer experience

Problem

An end-to-end design solution needed to be created for all of Vegapay’s Products with improvement in current and new products, needed to be built from scratch along with the design system.

Solution

Client & Backoffice dashboards were redesigned with improvements in visual hierarchy and improved actionable flows. V1 of LMS and Collections were designed from scratch and various improvements were made after a few iterations.

Challenge

In the initial stages, Vegapay faced the challenge of creating a brand identity from scratch, coupled with the need for a user-friendly product suite. They struggled to effectively convey their offerings while existing product interfaces proved inconsistent and confusing for users. The absence of a unified design system led to redundant and time-consuming design efforts.

Uniting Visual Consistency and Actionable Flows

Revolutionizing the fintech landscape, we led transformative projects that refined modules within the back-office interface, ensuring consistent visuals and improved action flows. From pioneering the Loan Consumer app to redesigning client dashboards, each initiative aimed at enhancing efficiency and user experience, ultimately driving significant improvements in product functionality and usability.

Crafting Brand Identity and Seamless Website Design

The entire communication was imagined differently while keeping in sight the millennial mindset in mind. Being more user-focused than brand-focused, user research was conducted to understand different perspectives of the millennial women. Keeping the essence of the platform at center, we broke stereotypes in terms of color palettes used, fonts and visual elements incorporated. The visual look and feel is kept fluid and contemporary in the context of the audience we wanted to focus on.

Introducing Agent App for Streamlined Operations

Spearheading the effort, we devised the v1 of the Collections Agent app, integrating crucial features to support agents in their daily collection activities, manage expense claims, facilitate leave applications, track earnings, and incentives, and generate receipts and trials. This holistic solution aimed to enhance operational efficiency and empower agents in optimizing collection processes.
